How does it work?

I offer 1-1 yoga classes and group corporate classes at a time and place that suits you. Classes can be a regular time slot or booked by appointment.

Private classes are tailored around anything that you’d like to work on, and around any injuries that you’re working with. Whether your goal is to attain inner peace or abs of steel, the class will be devised specifically to support your intention and help you get the most out of your practice. In my corporate classes I like to focus on poses that counteract the negative effects of long days sitting at a desk; easing tension in the upper back, shoulders and neck, and relieving tightness in the hip flexors. Lunchtime classes tend to be more energetic to combat the mid-afternoon slump, whereas evening classes can be more therapeutic and restorative. Modifications will be given and props used as needed to adapt the poses to any level and any body.
